Raisapp ("we", "our", or "us") operates a barbershop management platform that enables service businesses to manage appointments and communicate with clients via SMS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our platform.

By using Raisapp, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register as a business operator.
• Client information: Phone numbers and names of end clients, provided by the business operator for appointment management purposes.
• Appointment data: Service details, dates, times, and appointment status.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our platform.

3. How We Use SMS

Raisapp uses SMS messaging exclusively for appointment confirmation and service-related notifications. Specifically:

• SMS messages are sent to clients only after their appointment has been confirmed by the service provider.
• Messages contain appointment details (date, time, service provider name).
• We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
• SMS communications are powered by Twilio, Inc. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery purposes.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Raisapp at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

To opt back in, reply START to any previous message.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Twilio, Inc. for SMS delivery and Supabase for database hosting. These providers access data only as necessary to deliver their services and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
• Business transfers: If Raisapp is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Appointment records are retained for up to 2 years after the appointment date. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Raisapp is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Raisapp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
